I had my first panic attack a few weeks ago. It was really terrible.
i created “a calming pulsing gradient circle” the following week
Several colors are often associated with calmness and relaxation:
- Blue: Often considered the most calming color, associated with the sky and water.
- Green: Connected to nature, it can promote a sense of balance and harmony.
- Lavender: A soft purple shade that's often linked to tranquility and serenity.
- White: Can create a sense of spaciousness and purity, contributing to a calm atmosphere.
- Gray: Neutral tones can be soothing and understated.
- Light pink: Sometimes called "millennial pink," it's considered a nurturing and comforting color.
- Beige or tan: Earth tones that can create a warm, grounding effect.
The perception of color is subjective, so what's calming can vary from person to person based on personal experiences and cultural backgrounds.
The animation is set to run for 12 seconds total (4s in, 4s pause, 4s out) and repeat infinitely.
This creates a soothing, pulsing effect that showcases the calming colors in a gradient. The circle will grow slowly, pause at its largest size, then slowly shrink back to its original size in a continuous cycle.
